Boulevard is an unincorporated town off of Interstate 8 and Highway 94 (also called Old U.S. Highway 80.) Boulevard is just north of the Mexico border and just east of Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Land is slightly hilly and scattered boulders and trees dot the landscape. Boulevard real estate is on rolling hills with distant mountain views. Many homes were built in the 1920s and 1930s, but newer homes have popped up with interior amenities like hot tubs and higher ceilings.
